Description:

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior IAM SailPoint Developer to join its Identity and Access Management (IAM) Development Team within Digital Technology. This is a senior engineering role where you’ll design, architect, and build next-generation IAM solutions leveraging ServiceNow as a frontend platform and SailPoint IIQ for identity governance.

This position is hands-on and collaborative, requiring strong technical expertise in IAM, ServiceNow, and SailPoint along with a passion for solving complex security challenges. You will be part of a DevOps and Agile-driven team that plays a pivotal role in enabling a secure enterprise, ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IAM solutions with ServiceNow UI workflows integrated with SailPoint IIQ.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build REST API integrations between ServiceNow and SailPoint.
• Develop technical solutions that meet identity governance, compliance, and security requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in IAM systems through automation and DevOps practices.
• Analyze business needs, evaluate requirements, and recommend IAM solutions.
• Support identity lifecycle management, governance policies, and access provisioning workflows.
• Engage in Agile sprints, contributing as both a leader and team player.
• Stay updated with new developments in ServiceNow and IAM technologies to recommend innovations.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of ServiceNow engineering experience, using it as a frontend for external systems.
• 3+ years of IAM experience with SailPoint IIQ, including governance, identity lifecycle, and complex integrations.
• Strong database query skills (MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle).
• Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying IAM solutions.
• Hands-on with REST APIs, ServiceNow workflows, and identity integrations.
• Strong analytical mindset, ownership attitude, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and mentor junior engineers.

Preferred:

• Experience with Java, LDAP queries, Puppet, Linux.
• Ability to present solutions clearly in collaborative environments.
• Familiarity with applying AI-powered tools in IAM workflows and decision-making.
